Police claimed the crowd damaged government property, tampered with documents, and obstructed officials from performing duty. Former MLA Bikram Singh Majithia was also reportedly present at the spot. The police have identified 6–7 individuals so far, while 12 teams are conducting raids for arrests. SSP Sohail Mir said strict legal action will be taken against everyone involved, adding that no one is above the law.
