Cover it with a lid and keep it for pre-heating. Take the Cake Tin, grease some Oil & dust some White Flour/Maida in it, and keep it aside. Wash some Carrots, Peel them and grate them. Keep the pan for heating, add some Ghee, grated Carrot, Sugar, and cook it for 2-4 minutes, then turn the flame off & keep it for cooling down. In a bowl, add some Condensed Milk/ Thick Milk/Milk Maid, some Olive Oil, and mix it well. Then keep the strainer on the bowl, put White Flour/Maida, Semolina, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and sieve them. Whisk it with the hand whisker. Then put cooked Carrot and mix it well. Then add some Blueberries, Cherries, Tutti-Frutti and mix them all well. Then transfer the Batter to the Cake Tin, tap it 3-4 times. Keep it in the preheated pan and Bake the Cake for 35-40 mins on slow flame. Check the Cake & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down. Take out it & demold it and cut the cake into pieces.
