Diwali Par Ek Bar Ye Tasty Sabji Jaroor Banaiye Aur Sabke Sath Enjoy Keejiye. INGREDIENTS: * Oil(तेल) - Some * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) * Cardamom(इलायची) - 1 Small * Onion(प्याज) - 1 Finely Chopped * Ginger(अदरक) - Finely Grated * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - Some * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp * Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp * Curd(दही) - 2 Spoon * Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 2-3 Grinded * Salt(नमक) - Salt to taste * Mushroom(मशरूम) * Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - Some * Cashwe Nuts Paste(काजू का पेस्ट) - 2 Spoon * Onion(प्याज) - 1 * Water(पानी) - Some * Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 1 * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 3-4 * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For garnishing RECIPE: In a bowl put some Water, some bakiing powdar,Vinegar/Sirka. Take some Mushrooms, peel them off and wash the Mushrooms properly and chop them into pieces. Keep the pan on the flame, put some oil in it and put roughly chopped Onion, long Green Chilli, roughly chopped Tomato, Mushroom and roast them separately. Then take them out on a plate. In the same pan put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, finely chopped Onion, grated Ginger and saute them. Then put Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Curd, ground Tomato, Salt to taste & roast it properly till it releases oil. Then put fried Mushroom in it, and cover it and cook it well. After then put roasted Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Cashew Nuts Paste in it, mix it and cook it for 5 minutes. Then put roasted Onion, and some hot water in it and cook it for a while. Serve it with Green Chilli, fried and seedless Tomato, some Coriander Leaves.
