Bibi Jagir Kaur has clarified the ongoing discussion regarding a possible alliance between Akali Dal Punjab and Akali Dal Waris Punjab De. Responding to media reports claiming that the alliance between the two parties had broken down, Bibi Jagir Kaur termed the reports completely false and misleading. Speaking on the issue, Bibi Jagir Kaur said, “ਗਠਜੋੜ੍ਹ ਤਾਂ ਅਜੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਟੁੱਟਣਾ ਕੀ ਸੀ?” She explained that no official alliance had been finalized yet and talks were still ongoing between both sides. According to her, the meeting was only held to discuss the possibility of an alliance and no final agreement had been reached. Bibi Jagir Kaur further said that the media unnecessarily made the issue viral after photos from the alliance meeting surfaced online.
