Key Events of the Visit.. Arrival and Obeisance: CM Mann arrived at the Golden Temple (Sri Darbar Sahib) complex around 11:15 AM, entering barefoot through the Ghanta Ghar gate. He paid obeisance at the shrine and Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj Baba Deep Singh Ji before proceeding to the Secretariat. Secretariat Meeting: He entered the Akal Takht Secretariat at 11:32 AM. He met with officiating Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargaj and Jathedar Giani Tek Singh of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib for approximately 40 minutes. Purpose of Summons: The summons was related to alleged "derogatory" remarks made by the CM regarding "Guru ki Golak" (donation boxes) and other religious practices perceived as hurtful to Sikh sentiments.
