The Chief Minister also hosted a grand felicitation ceremony in Zirakpur to honour 882 students from Punjab’s government schools who successfully qualified for the NEET-UG examination. Calling it a major achievement of Punjab’s “education revolution,” Bhagwant Mann highlighted that the number of successful students from government schools had increased elevenfold—from around 80 students in 2021 to 882 students. He also specially congratulated 17-year-old Aryan Gupta from Ludhiana for securing All India Rank 1 in the examination.
