Mango: Part of the mango is blended into a paste with the roasted makhane and figs, while the rest is chopped into small pieces for texture. Sweetener: Condensed milk is recommended for a creamier "Milkmaid" taste, but sugar is a suitable alternative. Healthy Twist: The addition of fox nuts (makhane) and figs (anjeer) blended into the mango paste adds both nutrition and thickness to the custard.
