Writer-director Jagdeep Sidhu announced the sequel of his directorial debut in ‘Qismat’ last night. Released nearly a year ago, the movie ended up being an outright commercial and critical success. Both Sidhu and actress Sargun Mehta had given hints of the sequel being in the pipeline when they uploaded posts on their respective social media accounts regarding the same a few months ago. The mention of Mehta and Virk’s name in the caption makes it clear that Qismat 2 will star the same lead pair. It is also worth mentioning that the movie will release on September 18 next year.
