Ingredients: Milk powder - 1 cup Butter - 2 tsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Maida - 1 tsp Semolina - 1 1/2 tsp .Water - 2 tsp(At room temprature) Milk Oil deep frying Kishmish Sugar - 1 cup Water - 2 cup Green Cardamon 5-6 Lemon juice 2-3 drops Pistachio for garnishing Some important Tips: 1.Fry dough balls on LOW heat. 2.Don't put Gulab Jamun in the syrup immediately after frying.This will cause the Gulab Jamuns to lose thair shapes and become chewy.
