A person, who told us his name Joginder Singh s/o Babla Singh resident of Village Bhaini Baringa, was in very poor condition on footpath. It was very clear from his clothes, body, nails and hands that he was facing very bad time. Our team called his village Bhaini Baringa, where our uncle resides too and he informed us that Joginder is a resident of this village and belongs to Punjabi Mistri family. He is mentally upset. Our uncle will visit his home and will talk to his family members about him and will let us know the factual situation. A Shopkeeper available here on site informed us that Joginder Singh lives here on road, but he had never disturbed anyone and had never spread dirt around the surroundings, but he is mentally disturbed and thus spending life in hell like environment.
