Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said all appointments have been made purely on the basis of merit, transparency and fair competition, without political recommendations, bribery or favouritism. Highlighting the state’s recruitment record, Mann said Punjab has not witnessed a single examination paper leak since 2022, contrasting it with incidents reported elsewhere in the country. He noted that while several major recruitment and entrance examinations have faced controversies nationally, Punjab has maintained a transparent and credible recruitment process.
