With Waheguru’s grace, today dated 17.04.2017, Manukhta di Sewa society got chance to serve a sick, helpless Gursikh old aged Babaji at Tehsil Payal District Ludhiana. Our brave Sister Sukhwinder Kaur, resident of Payal, stepped forward to help humanity by informing our team about his critical condition. Our team member Prince, who is also a resident of Payal, also confirmed about the critical condition of this old aged Babaji as he was already helping him since a long time. Generally our Society helps and adopts only orphan, unclaimed people but due the efforts of Sister Sukhwinder Kaur, our team is helping this old aged person. Babaji told us that he is father of eight children, three daughters and five sons. Two sons and three daughters are settled in Punjab and rests of the kids are settled in other states. His daughters are married to families at Lehra Gaga and Sekha village. One of his son is well settled and lived nearby village but he is not looking after him. Babaji lives with his other son, who is a bit mentally retarded and works as laborer with some contractor. It is very much clear from the condition of Babaji and his house that they are spending life in worse condition. There is no electricity and water supply in his house. His house is so old that the roof/covering can collapse any time. He has only 3-4 thousand rupees as savings with him and he gets old age pension from government. He gets food from a nearby food provider, whose payment is made by Sh. Nirmal Singh Dhaliwal of this village. This Babaji is abusing his kids a lot but we don't want to comment in this regard.
