With waheguru's grace today 21 july we got a chance to serve a eunuch (Hijra, Kinner) from Piruvanda, Ludhiana. It is an act of shame, he was not treated in Civil Hospital Ludhiana. It is an irony at one hand we pretend eunuchs to be a part of our every happiness, and at other hand we can't look into their life, how struggling or difficult it could be. We arrived at Puriwanda, Ludhiana. because, we came to know one eunuch (Hijra, Kinner) named 'Talika' being eaten by worms (maggots) and developed a tumor over his leg. It is a subject of shame for our system, he was not given proper treatment under Civil Hospital, No any local authorities helped him. From months he is being suffering from Myiasis (parasitic infestation of the body of a live being by fly larvae). Currently he is under treatment from Deepak Hospital Ludhiana.
