The orientation took almost half a day, as the staff carefully explained every detail about the camper van, checking both inside and outside for scratches, dents, and even the rooftop using a ladder. Japan’s attention to detail and cleanliness truly amazed us. Once all the paperwork was done, we started loading our stuff into the RV, ready for the road trip. But just as we went out to grab a quick bite at Subway in a nearby mall, our RV journey took an unexpected twist — we heard strange noises from the back while making turns. To be safe, we returned to the rental agency so they could check the issue before we continued our trip.
